Our Team

 Mr. Jarman entered the practice of law in 2004 after working as a Police Officer, Jailor and with troubled youth. A native Oklahoman, Mr. Jarman has served as the Director of Drug Courts for the State of Oklahoma where he helped institute Drug Courts in 54 of 77 counties in this great state. 

He currently practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Divorce, Family Law, and Civil Litigation.

OF COUNSEL

Rachel grew up in Norman, OK where she later graduated from OU and the University of Oklahoma. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. 

In 2019, Rachel received the NextGen Under 30 award for her achievements in the Oklahoma cannabis law industry. Her article “Waste Not Want Not” about cannabis waste was published in the first ever medical marijuana edition of the Oklahoma Bar Journal (March 2020), making her one of the youngest published attorneys in OBJ history at age 27. In 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, Rachel was awarded the Super Lawyers Rising Star – a distinction only 2.5% of Oklahoma attorneys accomplish.

Rachel practices primarily in cannabis, business, and criminal defense.
